great location front desk
the location is great. it is very close to shopping places and the arc de triomphe. high end boutiques are a short walk away. the front desk staff are amazing. they speak excellent english.
the team working on the evening shift was not helpful. i was trying to get a new room. the elevator had some shaking.

the gym includes basic dumbbells. the area seemed like my own little space to exercise. i really appreciate it, though the space is relatively small.

the room wasn't great i must say. it faced the inside of the building. i mostly saw an emergency staircase through the window. i think that's quite depressing. the shower was small. i would've liked a bit more space.

The location was central and convenient, close to many attractions. the cleanliness was great. The rooms were very well maintained. the staff offered helpful service. i also appreciated the treats available in the lobby.
I noticed the elevator was quite small. It only accommodated a few people at a time. this sometimes resulted in a short wait.
